Alloy 20 nickel pipe is made from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of copper and molybdenum. Contains niobium for stabilization against sensitization resulting in intergranular corrosion. Has excellent resistance to general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chemicals, containing chlorides and sulfuric, phosphoric, nitric acids.
Typical applications include tanks, piping, heat exchangers, pumps, valves.
